Who will take responsibility for today's disaster?

The circus that played today at the Vaal just had me shaking my head. At any normal company, those people responsible for causing the abandonment of retail operations causing subsequent losses would be disciplined, probably severely.

In my opinion, the person responsible for racing operations and/or the track manager should receive severe censure for their ineptitude. How can a racetrack commissioned after the sand track was closed in 2015 still not be properly functional?

My guess is there will be no action taken.

Action HAS TO BE TAKEN or every other person that falls under the NHRA will have a case if they are sanctioned and these people are not.. The racing conditions were made unsafe for horse and rider by the operator not by nature -

On a different but similar vein I read that the operators have put the NHA on some sort of "performance" contract that will determine the amount of funding that the NHA would receive from the operators. Would it not be appropriate for Phumelela to be held accountable by the RA for their performance?

Larry already has his liontamer circus suit all he would need are a few whips

Since it was the first Classic meeting since November, surely someone should have arranged a grass gallop the day before or on the morning of the meeting to determine the state of the track, not just down the straight but around the turn as well. Mind boggling
