Surely now is the time to become an owner at those prices?

on the one hand I'm happy because the old boys club is imploding
on the other hand its obvious that the divide and conquer mentality by the new boys on the block has worked a treat.
soon our July will be like the UK's main races. 3 or 4 colours with multiple coloured caps
its over

Re: TBA sale figures look shocking
8 years 3 months agoremember you will be paying keep etc for many months before these race so your 10k turns into maybe 100k or more before year end when you maybe have your first start if you are lucky ... some of these stallions cover fees are more than they sold for and that's without the cost of keeping the mare and foal!!! Bargains if you have a good eye and patienceBokked wrote: Surely now is the time to become an owner at those prices?

Those stats above can also be viewed as indicators of the economy. The caveat is that the average stakes per race might also fall. Let the buyer beware.
