I'm in the corners of both (R5), Captain Alfredo and (R6) Reine Tonnerre.
With the exception of Olympian, Captain Alfredo does have the rest of the field under pressure at the weights. With an extremely light weight, Olympian will in all probability go the clappers from the jump, whoever can hold on to his coat tail may run him down late in the piece as he may need the run. Captain Alfredo races up with the pace and is the obvious choice.
Reine Tonnerre looked to have got lost in the middle of his last race before getting stuck into the task at hand a little late in the race. He has run to some really decent sorts and should pull this off.
Played the patent with Racethegreenlight at Turffontein.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Race 1: Rock my Soul should enjoy the extra and should win this. Herodus is consistent and and should go close. Silver Rock had excuses last time. Big Pleasure useful debut and is a big runner with the natural improvement. Klopp include in quartet.
Race 2: Anything can win. Solar Night was not disgraced in the feature last time and is the value here with the 4kg claim.
Race 3: Hernando' s Promise gets another chance here, and with two of his main dangers scratched has just Oval Office to beat.
Race 4: A weak field. We have Lea's Daughter returning from a break after a minor injury. She should need the run as there are no grass gallop facilities available, but she is better than her exposed form. Sharp Peg is the one to beat if reproducing her last run. Go wide in exotics.
Race 5: Captain Alfredo is the one to beat despite top weight. Line Break is the main danger. Olympian is well in at the weights but inconsistent lately. Asstar is capable at best.
Race 6: Another open race. My selections in order of preference are Trip the Willow, China Pearl, Reine Tonnerre and Make it Raine.
Race 7: We have Sun at Midnight. Returns from a break, and has not had a grass gallop, but runs well fresh. Would prefer sting out the ground. Place chance. I Lived showed good improvement to win last time, and off a soft rating should win again. Pick 6 banker, or else have to go wide.

Race 8: Another competitive race. Paddington returns from a break but looks progressive and is a big runner if not needing this. One Direction and Earth Hour are consistent and could be the right two for the PA. Platinum Prince has improved every run and should be respected despite wide draw.
Race 9: Shrewdy is a possible Pick 6 banker- should relish the distance and improved nicely at second start. Sabina's Dynasty and Miss Carrera are the main dangers. Roman Courtesan also should enjoy the trip and is on the upgrade. For quartets include Miss D'Aray, Come on In.
