Interference? I think not. Intimidation , definitely. How can a stipe object for interference?

Missed the point ABC team.
Objection for INTERFERENCE. That did not happen!!
INTIMIDATION should have been the call.
In my time if you did not object correctly you don't get the race.
Seems they dont know the difference nowadays

James, I get your point, but in my view there was both intimidation and interference- the interference was in carrying in, and also in Anton's whip seeming to strike the other horse.

For once it worked in my favour.
So not complaining at all
Actually was thrilled

James, with ignoring the "inward run", did Marcus whip strike the other horse in the head? Yes or no?

Not sure if got hit on the head but a previous post of mine pointed out a horse hit twice on the head at greyville and nothing done!! Point is the winner never touched the 2nd so has to be intimidation not as the commentator reported "Objection for Interference".Or have i lost the plot at last?? My point is INCONSISTENCY and lack of application of the rules. Yep, I have lost it.

.....yes James.... the point of inconsistency.....stipes are normally quick to hit the race review button.....but are not normally as fast to lay an objection.....and when they do seldom overruled....I saw the race in KZN that you referred to ....and yes the circumstances were similar yet the outcomes totally different....so the inconsistency in objections definitely needs to be addressed...

Agree, from what I remember Tellina got hit on the head in a triple crown race by the winning jocks whip an nothing happened. The stripes and the way the act bring racing into disrepute
