Why don't they do it for racing? Winning distances - 0-0.25 lgths. 0.25-.50 lengths 0.5-.75 lengths etc
Over 6 races
I forgot... Racing is now just a necessary evil!!

Hi Bob the idea behind the time bomb is that the tote is losing huge amounts of turnover to lucky number bets. The time bomb is in effect the totes counter offer to this it will over time deliver huge pools and the tote will offer guaranteed payouts as per the lotto. The good news is that a percentage of this bet goes to stakes so whilst it may not be everyone's cup of tea it will appeal to certain customers.

Punters come in many guises,but all of us play under the illusion of winning.This bet is laughable.

If the stakes pot is so important,pay smaller dividends each year!
