Kenilworth 08/04

I have a filly named Zanadu making her debut at Kenilworth in the 15:15.

As I strongly support the concept of transparency this is what I can tell you :

She is bred for distance so we are just getting her going
She races in a half set of alumites
She should find 1000m way too short

My trainer tells me that she should be 'green as grass'

I will post again in the future or until you have enough form in the book to draw your own conclusions

Starflash in the 3rd looks well in with the apprentice allowance. It is a big rise in class for the favourite, Kingston Passage, and is worth taking on.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Two races that interest me on this card are races 3 and 7, and to see how the various bookies priced up :-

H/wood
Kingston Passage - (1st) 16/10 - (adj) 15/10
Starflash - (1st) 3/1 - (adj) 17/10

B/world
Kingston Passage - (1st) 2/1 - (adj) 16/10
Starflash - (1st) 15/10 - no adjustment

WSB

Kingston Passage - (1st) 18/10 - no adjustment
Starflash - (1st) 28/10 - (adj) 22/10

H/wood
Step Out - (1st) 33/10 - (adj) 4/1
Angel Of Athens - (1st) 11/2 - (adj) 7/2

B/world
Step Out - (1st) 4/1 - no adjustment
Angel Of Athens - (1st) 7/2 - no adjustment

WSB

Step Out - (1st) 4/1 - no adjustment
Angel Of Athens - (1st) 9/2 - no adjustment

Now I just need them to arrive at the initial prices :-

1 Horse Racing South Africa Kenilworth Race 3 2017-04-08 14:35 1. Starflash M/Win 3.04 Pending
2 Horse Racing South Africa Kenilworth Race 7 2017-04-08 17:05 4. Angel Of Athens M/Win 5.56 Pending ;)
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

With the weight allowance Starflash looks hard to oppose
