Only chance of getting him out is the secret ballot, as the ANC members have been told if they vote against him they will be removed from office
Awaiting reply from court to confirm if it can be secret

....no way will other ANC members vote openly against Zuma.....even if they manage to get a secret ballot(which I sincerely doubt).....many of those against him will still not vote against him ....for fear that even the suspicion that they will be found out...and the retribution will end them politically.....see how quickly people like Jesse Duarte, Cheryl Carolus and Gwede Mantashe have gone silent after speaking out against Zuma.....this man is a gambler and he is playing not only with the future of the ANC and the people of this country.....and if not stopped will let it ride until he looses it all....

this "protect our own" at all costs reminds me of the abused wife who "falls down stairs regularly" to protect her husband because he is the father of her children and puts food on the table... If only there was one person in the ANC that could see that the longer they are perceived to protect corruption the more votes they lose to other parties .... In recent years the most applauded political action by Parliment was the Committee into the mismanagement of the SABC and that was based on anti-corruption... The ANC could rescue their election if they acted but if speculation is correct and they ask for Mrs Zuma to be their next candidate I do believe that support will dwindle again as it will be perceived as a passing of a corrupt baton to the next self-enricher that hails from a tainted tree.

Postponed.
From News 24:
The motion of no confidence against President Jacob Zuma has been postponed, according to parliamentary spokesperson Moloto Mothapo.
The vote was scheduled for April 18.
The DA, Economic Freedom Fighters and the United Democratic Movement have called for the motion to be postponed.
The Programme Committee will now be requested to reflect on the implications of the postponement of the motion of no confidence on the programme of the House, especially in light of Rule 90 (rule of anticipation), Parliament said in a statement.
"In terms of Rule 90, postponed motions remain on the programming system of the Assembly, thereby blocking any MP from tabling a similar motion until the one tabled is debated and voted on," the statement reads.

Dave if you think Zuma would have allowed this to continue should there have been a sliver of a hope of him being toppled, well then I would be surprised.
If I were a bookie I would be pricing up for who runs second
