First three favourites :-
Forest Prince X Miss Katalin X Zanzibarian
Forest Prince X Miss Katalin X Zanzibarian
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Early thoughts:
Race 1: Forest Prince is a short price and should win unless there is a very smart first timer. I have The Goon Show running- he will need this run but could possibly sneak a place.
Race 2: Miss Katalin has good form and is the one to beat. Heart of Legend and Super Sparkle have shown enough to be involved in the finish. Watch support for first timers.
Race 3: Zanzibarian has good form and the step up in trip should suit on breeding, but the price is too short. Flying Gitano is inconsistent, but could be the value bet. Piracy has fair form and Strikeitlikeamatch could complete the quartet.
Race 4: I make Wind River the one to beat and Desert Lark the main danger. Quarlo and Spring Gold could earn a cheque. The two year old debutantes could be anything, but fortunately can be ignored for the pick 6.
Race 5: Tevez should strip fitter with the benefit of his recent run and is the one to beat. Villa del Largo has good PE form and should challenge. La Favourari is on the upgrade and could improve further to fight this out.
Race 6:We have Silvan Star and she is well in at the weights on official MRs against the boys. Her main mission will be the upcoming F&M feature races, but she is a big runner here. Milton is expected to adopt his usual tactics and is a dangerous front runner. Lineker has finished close up last two despite losing lengths at the start- if he jumps on terms he is better than his current rating and could win. It is Written ran below best in PE last time but must be respected if he bounces back to best.
Race 7:Very open- go wide.
Race 8: Ditto
Race 9: Seattle Silva is the one to beat, and should be pressed by Empire Rising and Samsara.Of the Moon has fair form, and Bring me More and Orinoco Rock should improve on fair debuts. My runners- Insinya returns after having a bone chip removed. She is a nice filly but should need this and should be better over further, but include in larger perms. Ginger Rose returns after a wind op and if that has done the trick we are looking for improvement, but expect that she will need this run.

Race 8 - My Emblem has shown little in 2 starts since returning from a 5 month break. MR has dropped and races again over what looks the right cd and with the longer run in. She'll likely see them all into the straight and at best should be in the places.
