Had similar thoughts. Despite his obvious talent giving that much weight to the next few highest rated would be difficult anywhere but even worse from the draw he received.
Most of the weights of the likely field look about right, but Gulf Storm stood out as being well weighted. He has run well here, and although his form is patchy with that weight could easily find his best. ..which as a g1 winner and a previous second in this race makes him a huge danger .

Trip To Heaven as good as he is, still has never won a Grade 1 Race albeit he lost won on an objection. Time is running out and he is rising six in about three months time. Being a gelding helps for extra racing seasons but losing lengths at the start, does not bode good for him. That said I doubt he will line up.

I agree Trip to Heaven unlikely to run .... will be interesting to see where the Crawford preference lies ... myself I'm hoping for Search Party as he is my Charity Turf horse selected specifically with this race in mind ...

My entry that has the 42 points as Attenborough for the sprint. I included Trip To Heaven on a premise that he will run in the Gold Challenge and Mercury Sprint in that entry. I am gobsmacked that Wrecking Ball is not entered in any sprint race as I included her:( Dont mind Janoobi running in the sprint :cheer:

A whole host of others also have jockeys being declared.
