......our Saftote motto.... :S .....no way of checking on past results.....will this ever be rectified,,,,sure the tote went down yesterday only minutes before the 1st at Greyville.....high traffic and all that jazz.....but now no traffic yet it is still down....so what is the problem.....bet its bigger than the high traffic issue as it has been giving problems all through last month with regular traffic....yet not rectified and caused major problems yesterday....what are they going to blame when more tote punters move away to the open bet....no way they wont....we were a big success, they will claim....super pools....records broken.....no problem.... :whistle:

Even funnier is the decline in service levels of Interbet. Saftote is consistent - consistently shit. Interbet on the other hand had a long history of stable service. A severe case of Phumelelaitis has seen them become another under-performing acquirement. This lot would be destroyed in a competitive environment.

After another poor showing from the powers that be in horse racing with inconsistencies in objections and web pages crashing I will take a sabbatical from horse racing. I will rather play sports bets and leave horses alone. Plus I pay no tax on sports betting.

Agree...re: tax and there less head scratching with respect to final result in respect of sports...

I'm sure that even if all these threads were shown to the powers that be they'll wipe their asses on us and continue as normal. Well I won't be parcel to their disdain for the very people that keeps the game going day in and day out. What's even more disappointing is that no one will stand up and apologise but instead they tell their customers the system is "congested" all day long so get your bets on to avoid disappointment. muhti you seem to enjoy your daily rants on saftote and i get the feeling if it was a world class service you would sink into depression so its clearly a personal thing that you have with them..The solution is very simple migrate to the open bet along withmyself and many others and drop the its the right thing to do to bet with saftote story...we as punters have choices

I only use them to check results and payouts.....so if someone can direct me somewhere else where i can check this then i dont need to bother with saftote.

....its not personal....and I don't really get a kick by sticking it to them....however what does irritate the sh!t out of me is that they are in complete denial.....Nero fiddling while Rome burns.... :S.... there would not be a peep out of me..... if I was not able to do my thing without any hassles ....and use my wealth of knowledge to wager in every racing jurisdiction where purist thoroughbred racing is found.....having said this..... I will continue to highlight their incompetence until they get it right or I am dead and buried.... :blink:

I normally use interbet because of the tote and exchange. Their exchange is gone pathetic and has very little liquidity. The prices are not as good as it used to be.

Yesterday played all my bets with Hollywood (both open bet exotics & fixed odds), site was fast and all bets went trough, what a pleasure.

Learnings are avoid bookies and tote facilities associated with the powers that be.
