Corruption is not an African thing, it's a global thing.
The reason for the investigation into the SAP deal is quite simple, "fronting" is not allowed, paying companies for not doing any work is not allowed, paying a company that secures you a tender that does no physical work is not allowed. Pretending that the deal is above board when there is written confirmation that your company does not want the "fronting" company to do any work, just keep out of the way and get paid is not acceptable.
All of the above will be put to the test and then SAP SA Directors and Senior managers can answer following the internal investigation by the US legal firm who have no local government connections.

Any kind of skullduggery obviously must be condemned, but the government needs to set the example - and we have a president that has been ducking the courts for 8 years and counting .....

Brett Parker and his friends plus the KPMG guilty parties better start their bum stretching exercises. Jail time for them with Bubba will be a great start for our beloved country. They will sing for their supper and the politicians can join them in jail.

Why don't u also identify yourself, seeing as you use Brett Parker's name so openly. Brett is a good friend and an Owner of mine. You have absolutely no clue what you are talking about.

You lot are identical to Jimmy Manyi and BLF singing the Guptahs praises. SAP SA were complicit in a R100M corrupt activity . Wake up corporate SA at times as bad as politicians.
