If you are an afficionado for the 10,000m and have not seen Farrah's win then get your hands on an uncut version of the race. The strategies for the coup by the other runners and Farrah's stumbles, or was he tripped?, not once but twice, made riveting watching.

(Ugh, wrong sub-forum)

He is brilliant. No matter what they threw at him, he had it covered. His confidence was so over whelming, that he even gestured to the crowd to get more involved during the run.

I watched last night fantastic stuff. Had to feel for the SA 100m guy Roto I think his name was , disqualified for a false start. Moved his shoulders and was 0.05 sec ahead .

Out of the heats . All that preparation and you dont get a chance

Luvo winning the long jump was excellent and Samaai pulling out an excellent jump towards the end to grab the bronze was great! Simbinie was not disgraced in the mens 100m final. He finished a close up 5th against the best in the world. Now looking forward to Caster and Wade

How is anyone going to get close to Ayana (womens 10 000m) ? She lapped most of the field, pulling away almost 300m infront of the 2nd placed runner, Dibaba... So dominant, yet she made it look like she was only in 3rd gear...
