jackpot quickmix-very strange.

Does anyone know whats going on with jackpot quick mix. a dividend is declared but interbet not paying out?
Does interbet lay tote bets as i thought that it goes onto the tote.When phoning them they say there were two incorect legs and fields apply.has anyone heard yet. Quite agravated as my numbers are correct and now they have issues.

Going into the last leg there was 18.86 tickets on the winner.
The Quickmix 2 paid R7556.
Then TAB pulls all the information. If you go to saftote results for Saturday its as if the JP Quickmix 2 never existed.
Anyone that got the Quickmix 2 yesterday needs to take on the Tote and lodge a complaint with their local gambling board and insist on payment.
The worst part about this is that the Tote has said nothing and treated punters with no respect.

They are saying leg 3 was wrong and that there were only 6 runners offered .The actual field had about 12 runners, this is where the concern comes in, then howcome the whole field had like tickets running into that leg. Surely this would have meant tickets on 1-6 but horses 7-12 would have zero on. This would mean that live tickets going into any leg of any exotic is not accurate but infact made up. The tote only at 10 pm last night took away the dividend.Somebody has got it wrong.I know two people who got paid out yesterday and i think senior management must look into this urgently this morning as there is something fishy here.

Let me tell you that whatever excuse you have heard is nonsense.

Punters were able to take and call numbers 1 through to 12 in the third leg to TOTE operators.

The winner of the third leg was number 6 so even if punters could only take up to number 6, none lost out. The only losers are those who actually got the Quickmix 2. The TOTE wins because it collects all the money from the tickets thrown away or not cashed in.

If it is a computer problem, the whole TOTE is undermined and its integrity is in doubt.

The National Gambling Board should be intervening and if it is a problem, the TOTE licence must be suspended.

....nothing surprises me about these okes......making mistakes week in and week out.....and mostly we don't get to know any of it...... until it is posted here....so what is the point of going to the open bet merchants when the tote still controls the results....good luck getting a bookie or the tote to pay out .....as they are protected by the small print.....they can declare a bet nil and void based on errors and omissions clause....are they then refunding those who took the pot....if not then you have a gripe.... :S

I phoned interbet before the quickmix started stating that the 2 middle legs were wrong - was told to contact head office - did so after the 1st leg had run - they said they would pay out on the fields in the second and third legs - was holding thumbs in the last leg for the fav - would have picked up couple hundred K if they stuck to their word, as i put field and field, unfortunatally the fav got beat in the last. Whether they would have paid or not is another story, anyway i see i was credited with my stake money R624 (refunded) this morning. We try again

wsb have the correct result and dividend in their results section. they paing out.The correct fields was out the whole day.

How many times has this happened that the people responsible for putting the quickmix together get it wrong?They are utterly useless to say the least.Get rid of these fools now as this has happened way too often.Nothing gets done about these clowns working there as it seems they are still there.People get the bets only to get refunded because of incompetence on their side and they don't seem to care one bit.

I see Interbet have the wrong fields loaded again today.

Unfortunate scenario but hardly any "Skulduggery" as the bet was declared nul and void and all money refunded, resulting in the Tote losing money so I cannot see how they can be accused of "Thievery" ...incompetent maybe but certainly no underhanded intent..

A dividend was declared. Some punters were paid. Some punters were entitled to get paid. Those who won were entitled to believe that they had a right to claim the winning dividend.I will be grateful if you would direct me to any explanation published by the Tote advising punters why it acted as it did. By declaring the bet null and void and without giving any reason, any winning punter is entitled to say that there was thievery. If there was a problem with the Tote system as some people say, should we not be told what it is because the Tote system is not supposed to have any glitches and as far as I am concerned, if there is a problem the Tote should own it and not act as if it cares nothing for its customers.
