UK Saturday
7 years 9 months ago
Some lovely stuff over in Ireland tomorrow and Sunday. Then there's the Haydock sprint.
On Harry Angel 2/1 and Blue Point 10/1 for that
And Churchill 1/1 for the Irish Champion Stakes. The dual Guineas winner should go very close here, there's no Ulysses in that field.

Ascot 2-10.
Sheika Reika. She is a lovely moving filly, but you would expect that with a price tag of £300,000.
It's shame there's a scratching as the 8 runners would have been nice for an ew bet.
Still I've played ew at 5/1 and at 6/4 without the favourite.
The favourite is a godolphin runner who has the advantage of a run this season and looks hard to beat, but the filly worked really well in the week.

Winter goes for her 5th grade 1 in a row. She is a superstar and landed me a nice touch in the Nassau but Qemah has always been a favourite of mine who's done well for me. Right up with the best on her day and can give Winter something to think about. Will need a good pace though. 5/1 or so

Moore is my fav jock, but that was very poor on Winter ...almost looked as though he thought he had it in the bag when he saw off the Godolphin horse ....
C&C if you manage to bump into him please he deserves a kick up the ass

Chicken Ryan Moore just messed up with Winter there.A jockey called Lordan just beat him on a 20-1 shot.I was reading some English forums yesterday and the flak Jim Crowley and especially Jamie Spencer get is unbelievable.Outright swearing at them, calling them thieves and so on.Why is Spencer so hated in the UK?
