.....are nominations actually open for this race..... :huh: ....little steps guys.....got to get through the Cape season 1st....would imagine the QP would be his immediate target.....

My bad - seems this was last July --- Didn't know the horse was on the scene back then

that race he won - all of those that went for the summer cup ran badly - could be the going but surely one of them should have featured - 12 runs and only one 5th place - bella sonata

Cannot quite remember , but they seem to have run very different races - One on the pace and quickening up nicely, the other held up and running on ---.

In any event the future will reveal all.

After running through my initial met ratings - I gotta say that the summer cup was not a particularly strong field either
