Ive Changed my mind on Barrier Trials

Mr Lafferty
I apologise for not fully understanding your reasoning for barrier trials. Now that i know it comes from a pure place i KNOW for a fact that you don't want only us owners to be declaring our ability (or lack there of ) for the purpose of transparency. So i suggest the following:
1: Barrier trials for Trainers : lets for example say that if you cannot hit a 10% win strike rate in a year you lose your license?
2: Barrier trials for jockeys: Lets say that if you cannot hit a 12.5 % win strike rate on your rides over the course of a year you lose your license
3: Barrier trials for owners: Lets say that if you miss your payments to anyone in the industry your lose your colours
4: Barrier trials for commentators: Lets say you make 3 mistakes over a 2 year perod you lose your job
ill think of more.....but for now Paul please get this going. Poor efforts by zoo the above make racing a product that is hard to sell to the punter. Especially now that they know exactly what is happening with 1st timers.

This must be the biggest load of shite you have ever written, and there are volumes on view. Well done, it can't be easy
