Lots of horse too short in the betting. That said, Visigoth is my P6 banker

It is a weak field. I would not leave out the Erasmus x Brown horse. It has been knocking on the door. Do not be surprised to see it shorten and go off at 7s or less.

The quality of these fields is shocking - no show is being put on here for punters - looks like a meeting for the sake of racing only. I spent ten or so minutes studying the first two races, and by that time consider packing it in .

The powers that be figure to present racing as entertainment - by finding all the left over also rans from whatever stable they could , and throw them into a few races. LOL - considering the exceptional quality being provided in many other entertainment options.

Race 1: Pachachuti has the credentials to win here and any other maiden for that matter, but not a top 3 finish in 11 runs, and jumping from one distance to another would make one very uneasy about trusting the stable with a wager. Leuuwpoort is next, can run under 6 lengths to Broadway Trip, unshod, but cannot win a maiden -- same story , how do you trust these stables with a wager. It isn't any wonder that Tarry figures to beat them both with a rather moderate looking Sage Rock. My form selection is Pachachuti but i cannot suggest a wager on the basis of the stable.

Race 2: The horses running in the 2nd are even lower quality than those in the first. Would be very surprised if one of the first timer's don't win, and it could very likely be the P.A. Peter trained one.

Race 3: Purdey was the closest I could get to anything that should be found on a race track, so yet again perhaps a first timer.

Race 4: Of the raced ones I am Titanium could win a maiden at his best, but he doesn't get to peak very often, so the race is unplayable. Probably a first timer, or the de Kock runner.

Race 5: Visigoth had a decent debut, lost a length and should be able to improve on that. Dancing rebel has some sleeper form early on , and could be hard to beat if awakening suddenly - there have been some takers in the market, and Jay Zee too has a hint at something behind shenanigans - but both are too inconsistent to count on a sudden wake up - There was very solid support for Music Master on debut, and could be a danger. But perhaps Strydom is going to bring swing vote home this time.

Race 6: Couldn't really select anything beyond Kahluah Rose, Angel Of Light could be a danger.

Race 7: Boyra to win this.

Race 8: Time Of The Vikings -- Vicomte and Lotus E Lan Dangers

Race 1: **Pachachuti**
Race 2: First Timer (Peter)
Race 3: Purdey -- First Timer Rule :)
Race 4: I am Titanium -- First Timer Rule :)
Race 5: Dancing Rebel and Swing Vote to Fight It Out
Race 6: **Kahlua Rose**
Race 7: Boyra - but could be some smart sorts here.
Race 8: Time Of The Vikings

PS - My mid week writings can normally be disregarded, since I don't have adequate time for it.

Shot Banger and i couldn't ask for more if one or two of the other raced runners come in ahead of the favourite as well
