So in keeping with tradition and not selling horses until we know what sort of ability they have i am now prepared to offer shares in Incomodation.

The shares will be based on a 2 year deal. Will include purchase price and training for the 2 years paid up front.

Feed back after debut was:

Great run, bumped a few times and saddle slipped slightly. 1 more run over 1400m and then hopefully the fun starts.

Shares ONLY in 10% fractions.
Stakes dividends paid immediately.
If she is sold onwards 10% of selling fee to Leazanne
After 2 years we take a vote and decide whether she gets sold or continues to race.
Any surplus of upfront funds will be paid back.

Purchase Price R150 000 (includes funds invested up until now)
Stabling and other costs from Vets trainer transport costed at R10 000 cpm
NO management fees
ONLY 5 shares for sale.
IMPORTANT 1 share = 10% of everything except for vote. 1 share = .9 of a vote.

So the magic amount up front is R39 000
