Telly Track new Package Informed

Is anyone using this new Telly Ytack package called Imformed where you can follow or build a library of 100 horses to follow ?

Its about R50 per month and sounds like a good idea , just want to find out if its worth it because there support is shocking .

You can only pay month to month so had a chat online with Guthry :

G - Hi Sir.how can we assit you today?

Me - Hi I want to do an EFT for 12 Months Subs for this new informed. Using the correct ref how do I get it activated and not credited to my normal subscription

G - The informed package is only available on a monthly basis

Me - Ok But that is not to good , So we will do one month and see how it goes . What happens if you forget to pay do you then not have acesss to your library and have to wait 48 hours to clear.

G - Once you have made payment then we activate it

Me - That still does not answer my question . Thanks for your help

Won’t they just save your horses like they do your Details?

I am sure they will , well hope so , but shy cant you just pay R600 for the year and done . Now you must remember to pay . The site says 48 Hours from deposit I dont trust them what if I want something on the day , could end up costing me thousands.

Gee money on the bank for a year and they turn you down! Certain companies even give a discount if you pay per anum

Possibly they are just trying this out?

DHT you can download your races and keep them bud..i use an exterior hard drive or you can slap them on a CD...

Is it possible to get this package without Alston , I would pay extra for that :whistle:

No but if you chuck in Cecil you might get the Gold package
