Really terrible inept service from this online outfit.

Has really detracted from what little of the racing I have been able to catch ---

Nobody is manning their online service, help desk --- not answering calls, why don't they just show the service as offline this is really poor. Is there anything efficient about racing in SA

I don't know -- maybe some issue with my connection or PC, went to bed straight after that and never bothered about it again.
