If the racing of Juveniles is the issue, have the trainers informed the person that draws up the program? I am presuming that this is now Clyde Basel's responsibility or maybe its Gabby Soma if the rumours are to be believed.

The problem in Cape Town is not going to go away in a hurry
Small fields are the result of the system that was allowed to develop our the last 8 -10 years
Their are 26 trainers in Cape Town
The 6 biggest stables have +- 700 horses ave 116
The next 4 have +- 200 horses ave 50
The rest 16 have +- 400 ave 25
But because the big stables all get +- 50 well bred 2yo each year about 400 stables have horses
that will not race for about 4-5 months
Result is that horses that are needed for filling the meetings are moved to PE and Kim
And it is getting worse each year
