Ten races on the turf first off at 12:20
Super weather in Durban this morning
R3 Moon Shadow 12/10 first four looks good value (better price nearer to race time)

A little but that probably means the horse isn't among MDK's top 3yos for now. But he ran well for fourth behind Surcharge and he should be winning this as there isn't a horse as good as surcharge here.. I Make ryker the danger.

Race 1: R340,000 Purchase Star Of Kazan is the stables only runner here today, Jockey change probably significant since the horse has shown absolutely nothing. Top Classman put up a decent run behind Enchanted Drawing around this distance category – Was carded with blinkers off and now back on again. Top Classman looks the most likely – but with most of these making big change in distance anything could improve to win here – of the four horse coupling – Cosmic Kngiht looks well. Top Classman and Cosmic Knight make moost appeal.
Race 2: Interesting race with some side shows. R175000 purchase Symphony In Seven was dissapointing last time out – was however running on in the finish and subsequently get’s the extra furlong today. Slight concern is that best efforts over the polytrack. This one should go well today and looks to me the one to beat. To the sideshows – Flamenco Dancer – R450,000 purchase strongly supported last time out as odds on favourite over further, drops 400m, gets Tongue Tie and retains the services of Delpech. Good horse, best suited to longer but restricted to shorter race with tongue tie due to respiratory issues – probably not racing under optimum conditions. Lurking in the shadows is Black Southeaster – something prompts the decision to return a horse to the track after 528 days, Will be the first run for F-Robinson. Tongue Tie will be fitted , debut run wasn’t as bad as it appears – but looks to have some work to do here. A very interesting runner with plenty of scope is Breaking Barriers – Returns after 178 days , raced green on debut – wasn’t exactly supported and the winner has not really achieved much – but worth watching from the Drier Stable with de Melo up. The last of the Side Shows is Cause and Effect – only runner of the day for in form stable -two subsequent winners from the She’s A Dream run. Symphony In Seven , just a touch under the median could benefit from the draw – unless Breaking Barriers, or Cause and Effect prove to be above average.
Race 3: My starting point here is Asian Star, this horse boasts close up runs behind multiple winners that have produced two and three winners subsequently – how it’s failed to win yet is beyond me. get’s blinkers today. Moon shadow makes obvious appeal – but wether capable of beating Asian Star without some luck will need to be seen. Mighty Mercury – most expensive purchase in the field – get’s cornell collar – seems dissapointing. From The Ashes has shown enough to exit the maidens as well.

Taking on the mighty MDK and going for Ryker ahead of SDB here.

Doesn't winning this give u a place in the Guineas ? This horse must have been transported down as De Kock closed up down there. Everything is pointing to this one skating in
