Young Ryan along with C Murray are indeed hard working but most importantly, they are improving with each & every ride. Nothing teaches like experience. Mistakes are upsetting to punters but they are part of the learning process & I find these mistakes are happening far less often. I expect these two guys to be at the forefront of the new generation. Superman is riding less & less, Strydom is getting a bit long in the tooth, & G Cheyne is getting tired & its time for our young jocks to step up. Good luck guys, the Clanners are behind you !!!

Quite.

Is Leboana back in the sandpit by any chance?

Maybe we will wait a year for the response? Or maybe not :pinch: :pinch:

For my money Khumalo has gone backwards

Not the jockey he was a few years ago

Personally I think that Jarryd Penny should get more good rides

Murray, Hewitson and Munger up there and will be at the vanguard in the future. But stick with Mphumi Mjoka, Serino Moodley and Ashton Arries. Those boys can ride too and will be right up there in years to come.

Agree re Khumalo. I'll throw in Zackey into your 3 as well.

Randal Simons shows that hard work pays off. He arsed around for years & never got anywhere. Recently he has buckled down, put in the hours & effort & a major big race win is just around the corner. I do agree that Jarryd Penny deserves more decent rides.
