I have had confirmation from two separate, very well placed sources that the implosion is total and there will be no comeback from this. CTS gone. Individuals who make their living from Jooste racing told no more. Horses will be sold.

It's a matter of time before the spotlight focuses on his racing henchmen.

.....What..... no January sale.....surely this is in place and must happen...... :huh:......maybe they cut a deal with BSA to take over the rest....

....better to wind it down..... than just shut it down..... :S

i think we should wait for confirmation - there are other breeders involved and until there is something official this is a very reckless post - it could well be true but it could also be a saved sale in another format.. give them a chance

Just listening to uncle Cyril about this , he is pissed , had an interview last night with 702 , and heads are going to roll here . Never heard him talk like that.

Its not reckless at all the info is beyond reproach. I am sure scheduled sales will be honoured but we could see a massive dispersal being added.

.....the January sale should be able to go ahead as everything is in place and mostly paid for......however the usual guarantee for breeders being paid in 30 days may be a tough ask....
