I'm sure you make for a good storyteller as this horses eighteen month racing career is the perfect plot!

I can't see the Meaker's expecting anything but a win today Adams

I suppose the only box it shouldn't tick in your scorecard is your (was aversion the word you used) to backing horses that have run more then five times without a win!

He is out of Cossack Star which raced in the same silks and Puller was the conditioner (4w (31%) - 5p (38%) - 13 starts)

Would hazard a guess and say he is over the perfect trip today (1200m (2), 1400m, 1450m )

Haven't studied the field but the highest rated horse appears the main danger unless his last run was the start of a similiar woeful story

Wrt backing him ,well that's a different topic.11/10 appears to be the starting price and while we are all different in our strategy and goals for my liking (should read bankroll) its way to short for a horse with apparent issues etc

And he sure has issues - even tried biting Border Control when he ran 2nd there :) Looks like one of those situations that is so obvious that it won't be realized ?

This card looks quite difficult today --- not sure there is much to be made this Sunday --- should go to church with my wife today I think.

Race 1: Cossack Guard
Race 2: Flamenco Dancer
Race 3: Green Fairy
Race 4: The Byzantine

Personally - not one of the above is strong enough or offers enough value to wager. Whenever I felt like this before - I will come back from my service to find all of them won :(

Did not get to watch the race but that run of Global Pursuit was way too bad when you take into account his pedigree and sp,worthy quartet inclusion
