I made a Standard bank EBT into my Hollywoodbet account on Tuesday, 26 December 2017. To this day the amount is still not showing on my account.

I phoned the call centre even sent proof of payment to Cordelia Mkhize, she could not locate my deposit.

What kind of customer care is this?
