Just an observation that I would like to share, this week i had a bet on in Honk Kong. Race 6 quartet. For around 40 bucks. After the race I checked the bet several times to confirm that i had actually won and even calculated winnings. After several minutes of no payout, I find that the bet had been declared as a losing and changed to R15 quartet without the no 12 horse.

Now, several times before I remember encountering "odd" changes/missing bets etc and always figured that I was mistaken.


This time however I am pretty certain that that something very odd happened.

Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing ?

As I donot have proof, This is not an accusation, rather a worrying concern.

I have started taking screen shots etc.

Is it even possible??

I would like to report your Manager, Bonisiwe at your Pinetown branch for poor customer service.

I went to withdraw R5000 and was rudely told by her that I can only have R2000. It appears that they are waiting for customers to place bets to get cash to pay me. She was rude and treated me like a child.

This is bullshit and poor service from Hollywood. Whenever we have to withdraw money it becomes a problem. I am so sick of this. We are your customers and deserve good service.

As a big organisation something has to be done about this now and this has gone on for too long!!!
