For the umpteenth time in my 40 years of playing horses, I sense a market adjustment ---- time to reassess and start monitoring from the beginning again.

Why? If you have only lost twice in 6 months then you read the market perfectly or do I have it wrong?

:) It is time to withdraw today --- I had a good winner. and a loss on Arte...........good win there enjoy....all markets compensate. I don't assess my winning on a day by day count of how many winners --- that is not very clever imo. What really matters is wether you can turn a profit at the races year in and year out. Even a poor handicapper with a simple 20% strike rate can do that, while some with 30 to 40% winners per day still go home broke.

Since it's the last race I might as well stick around to see if the 9yr Old Yer-Maan can beat the Kimberley import Desert Sunset and watch how the two youngsters In The Game and Silvan Saint shape up.
