Markus Jooste thief

I have just read the affidavit of the lady who represented ABSA bank and it makes for compelling reading. I did not know that:

1. In August 2017 Mayfair Speculators paid over 1 500 000 000 ( yes the naughts are correct - 1.5 BILLION rand) to Mayfair Holdings, basically to enable Jooste to get his hands on the cash. R200 million was paid in cash. Verbatim from the affidavait " It is overwhelmingly probable that Jooste and his son in law, Potgieter, were aware that the financial irregularities and fraudulent transactions in Steinhoff would be uncovered in the near future and that when these facts were made public, the value of Steinhoff shares would collapse."

2. On 29 November 2017 Mayfair asked for and received a loan from Investec for R93 509 000. This raises many questions. Bernard Kantor, co-founder of Investec, and recently appointed Chairman of Phumelela, FOLLOW THE DOTS , is a shareholder in Klawervlei with Jooste. I wonder how that relationship is doing.....

In the space of 3 months Jooste has squirreled away almost R1.6 Billion. That is an awe-inspiring amount and the question must be asked where that money is.

If the affidavit from ABSA is accurate, and there is no reason to believe they would be lying in this would they, then the conclusion can only be that Jooste is an absolute con-artist, fraudster and thief. We should continue joining the dots and question those appointments of:

Larry Wainstein - RA
Rian du Plessis - Phumelela
Lyndon Barends - NHA
Chris van Niekerk - Kenilworth Racing
Louis du Preez - Racing Trust

Racing capture is complete.

There are still 2 vital ingredients missing to this saga and ill chop if they don't reveal themselves sooner or later

Anyone that can outwit the Banks is a genius in my books! They all 'learned' men(& woman) who charge huge interest rates (especially to the poor) so fcuk em!!!!

not many people will be against you on this theory but in some cases pomping the bank can affect other walks of life. In this case this is particularly so.

Bob get your hands on the ABSA affidavit - they call him much more than an "alleged" thief.

I find the protection of this guy astounding. Why shouldn't he be called what he is.

I work at a bank (one of the big 4) and I've been following all of this very closely and I've been itching to say something but for obvious reasons I've had to desist even though I use an alias, it's an ethical thing. All I will say is that these developments has left me flabbergasted to say the least.

Can I call Jooste a liar and a cheat? Of course I can. There is more than enough facts set out on the web and elsewhere to confirm this.

Do you see Jooste suing anyone for calling him a frausdter, liar and cheat. He knows that should he sue them they will have the right to go into every aspect of his life and that is the last thing he would want. The truth will easily be defended.

Liar....many examples
Cheat....many examples. In the prtsonal front he cheated on his wife.
Fraudster....many examples. Ask Absa, Investec, German authorities, Steinhoff board and shareholders.

We need to stop pussy footing around. It is only a matter of time before he is arrested and charged.
