Stipes Report - Glider Pilot

I tipped this to a friend and thought when the angle changed Glider Pilot was cruising and just found nothing ? (Second from right)

RACE 4 (contd)
THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED:
a)GLIDER PILOT (P Strydom) was hanging out in the straight.
b)An inquiry will be opened into Jockey P Strydom’s riding of GLIDER PILOT.

THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED:
a)GLIDER PILOT – examined post race, nothing obvious detected.

Imo looking at that head on, he never stopped riding, just never used the crop

As Strydom once said to me it is not your turn today give me the ride next time and you will win ????i don't say he pulled this one maybe the horse just like humans didn't feel like running that day

He rode what we thought was a shocker on Sunday, and reported something amiss with our horse's legs. We were very sceptical. True as hell, he pulled up very sore the next day. A true professional is Striker.

He has been charged for not riding Glider Pilot out to the line
Pleaded not guilty but found guilty. R2500 fine

In hindsight, after the vet examination, nothing found wrong. Clearly, we gave him the benefit of the doubt, unduly.

Jockey Strydom pleaded not guilty to the charge but was found guilty of the charge.

The Inquiry Board imposed a penalty of a fine of R2 500-00.

Jockey Strydom has the Right of Appeal against both the finding and the penalty imposed.

if he pulled up sore then Striker felt something was not right
