The show starts at 07h30 and the first 15 minutes will be tri nations and tour de france betting.
We will get going with racing around 07h45 with Mr Hawaii on the line. The show will link in with Pine Pienaars racing show which starts at 08h00 and runs till 08h30.

You can tune in on 1485AM Radio Today if in Joburg or through Channel 169 of the DSTV audio bouquet if you are elsewhere in the country.

Thanks. Hmmmmm, does not help me I am afraid. In Cape Town, and having just relocated to another home have not got DSTV established.... ah well...
