.....well now....the researched revelations of Adv Maselle posted in SP tell us that most of us have been duped by the racing colours issue which apart from Met day are "by the book"....and Mayfair can continue to race accordingly.....however a catch 22 situation is about to evolve on the matter of the sale and transfer of horses.....also only a mere 50 something have been tracked and recorded through the NHRA publications.....what is to happen to the rest..... :huh:

Can the connections of losers sue for the stake differentials between what was paid out and what would have been had Mayfair horses not earned?

Do they have a record to knwl how many horses that have been sold and which account is on the receiving end and how much money the sales have brought?

NHA must be answerable or they should have let them race and give them time to payback mayb per annual a certain amount until they clear

200 horses 10k per month = 2 million per month * by 4 months = 8 million
how was this paid?
did they use the sale of horses to pay the upkeep? No chance of NHA getting the monies back for stakes earned? if Brugman acted outside of NHA rules as the Nominee he should be Warned off for life as a member.

Is Klavervlei a viable stud farm with no one paying inflated prices?

Yaa there you are right ,So do you think all the money they were given by banks was not all invested into breeding and racing and jooste himself mayb he manipulated the other money borrowed for his personal use,cause its lot of money can horse owning and breeding record that amount as loss,if it is like that why was he keeping buying more horsestha any other owners

Having read the article by Advocate Maselle on Sporting Post, the answer is a resounding NO to the question of, if the NHA is acting with integrity wrt Mayfair/Jooste.
In fact the words, collusion and incompetence come to mind.
As for the owners who were denied stake monies as a result of these Mayfair horses running, should they wish to pursue this, would surely have a claim to be compensated and reinstated ahead of those not qualifying to run in terms of the rules because the transfers of ownership to the new owners should not have occurred. Those horses should not have been allowed to be nominated and to run.

It's insane ...nhra/barends cuddles and cares for MJ and MS ... and fcuk the rest!
