Adds a whole meaning to the term, "voetstoots" ((sale or purchase) without guarantee or warranty - at the buyer's risk (the risk being that according to the rules, it would appear that the Mayfair horses cannot be transferred or registered to the "new owner")

.....all is needed is quick bit of paperwork.....and get the son in law to ratify.... instead of the PA.... :dry:
