......land appropriation without compensation....firstly if a party wants your land....they must have a legal claim and proof that the land belonged to them...... before they were aggrieved and removed or dispossessed....cant see it happening in the Cape as property records have been historically kept....same in KZN.....treaties and land surrender well documented.....other areas well
that is where it will get interesting....hope this back fires on the ANC.....just imagine the ultra right white coming into the fray and laying claims against land grabs dating back to the Anglo boer war
