Hollywood not paying out?

I took a soccer treble and Hollywood has not cleared the bet as yet. This is very frustrating....I called in with no real change in status as well? With the response that management will look into after 12:00 today.

Ards llis second in the Northern Ireland Reserve League, they were 5/10 and played 2nd from bottom Carrick Rangers. The game started at 22:00 h last night and I followed the match via Azscore and m777score and the side I took won 4-3. I had the team in an all to come multiple with Real Madrid and Liverpool. So I stayed up and watched the game and followed scores via the internet. Both resultb websites show that they won 4-3.

This morning I logged into my account to see that match is now listed to start on the 16th two days after it was completed on my ticket, and i know the game is over and they won. When I called through they said they did this as they are not sure of the result so they shift the date out.

I even went to the national league website of Ireland and it shows that the match is over and that Adds ll now has 49 points and before the match they had 46. I know some websites haven't updated there information on scores like soccerway, etc, but if many show the same result why should the punter suffer.

As a loyal Hollywood account holder that looses thousands every month, this is not the first time this has happened and I starting to real get tired of this piss poor service.

They will be waiting official resulting

We have a feed provider for the majority of our leagues. However, in the event of manual creation, we will use a number of different sites including but not limited to the following

Futbol24
Xscores
Soccerway
Flashscore
Oddsportal

It is never our intention to slow down a payout or inconvenience punters. There are merely checks that need to be done when resulting events.

On the 10th of Feb Ards played Carrick Rangers. It was a first team match which Carrick Rangers won 4-0

Last nights match Ards UNDER 20s played Garrick Rangers RESERVES and won 4-3. Therein lays the problem. Hollywood mistake and they should in good faith pay you out

No mistake, we are well aware of the fixture in question. We were just waiting on more official results to reference. Some had the home team switched around, others had no result at all. For any others waiting on payouts, the game has been resulted. Apologies again for the delay.

Ards FC first team home matches are played at Clandeboye Park. All other teams within the club play their home matches at Londonderry Park. Last nights match was a "home match" for Ards under 20 played at Londonderry Park.

Bloody hell cant believe the ammount of games that are priced up.....hectic

Surely you could give a dozen beers to each team member to fix a game ?

It's just the principle and timelines that are an issue. And the fact that the system had the game as not played yet, When it was.
