Flamingo park race 9 objection

I notice the jockey s fortune had to lodge the objection in race 9 yesterday and the stipes on duty were d rahillyand r hutchenson with a TRAINEE L NHLAPO ..maybe ziets can help us out here who was on the objection board besides rahilly and hutchenson as surely nhlapo being a traineee cannot sit on it so who was the third jockey club official that was on it ?was it the chief starter the vet who was it ?And furthermore if jockey fortune wouldnt have lodged the objection how would the maths worked out if either qualified stipe lodged the objection? To those in fcuking charge you have to have 4 qualified stipes at all racemeetings in south africa its a billion rand industry with huge money riding on the outcome of races so 4 stipes so one lodges the objection so the other 3 can vote on the outcome either 3 0 or 2 1 ...for fcuks sake is it so much to ask to fly one or 2 qualified stipes down so when you have an objection you dont have the fcuking gatekeeper voting on the outcome

......could we have the replay here if possible....gotta feeling that some of us here got mugged
.....was also aware yesterday when I posted under the race thread that there would be something amiss with the stipes panel....which has happened at this venue on several other occasions....

On stipes reports - I did not see the incident but I recall Sheldon saying Ogilvy ran into the rear of Soldaat in the canter past - I don't see anything about this in the reports or was I hearing things?
Both horses were examined post race so surely if this did occur it should be mentioned as a possible reason for the poor runs (I don't know if it was serious or not as I did not see the incident) Also if it did happen then was the Appie blameless or was the horse out of control? I don't think I've ever seen horses collide in a canter past before -

THE STIPENDIARY STEWARDS REPORTED (DA) :
a) FANTASY ART (AUS) (A Marcus) the winner, selected for the taking of specimens for analysis. Trainer A Rivalland advised (TN).
b) SOLDAT (K de Melo) raced wide in the early stages.
c) STRONG ‘N BRAVE (*S Moodley) shifted in near the 1100 metre mark resulting in DALE HOUSE (*C Bantam) being eased off the heels of STRONG ‘N BRAVE (*S Moodley) for a number of strides. As a result STRUMMER (S Veale) was eased and OGILVY (*K Sakayi) was switched out and raced wide for a short distance.
d) Apprentice S Moodley signed an admission of guilt for a contravention of Rule 62.2.7 in that as the rider of STRONG ‘N BRAVE he failed to ensure that he did not cause interference to the horses DALE HOUSE (*C Bantam), STRUMMER (S Veale) and OGILVY (*K Sakayi) at approximately the 1100 metre mark. He was suspended for a period of 7 days with effect 26.2.2018 – 4.3.2018, both dates inclusive.
e) Apprentice E Ngwane the rider of BELUGA BERRY (5.25 lengths) reported this gelding coughed post-race. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
f) Jockey K de Melo the rider of SOLDAT (8.50 lengths) reported that he felt something amiss with this gelding post-race. The Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
g) In view of the performance of OGILVY (*K Sakayi) (10.80 lengths) the Veterinary Surgeon was requested to examine this gelding.
h) Jockey A Marcus signed an admission of guilt for a contravention of Rule 58.10.2 in that he mis-used his crop by striking FANTASY ART (AUS) more than three times on consecutive strides in the latter stages. He was fined R1500.

JOCKEY AND/OR EQUIPMENT CHANGES :
a) FANTASY ART (AUS) did not race with his tongue tied down (advised 08h02/21.2.2018).
b) OGILVY raced fitted with blinkers (advised 11h23/20.2.2018).

RACE CARD CHANGES / OTHER :
a) Nil.

THE VETERINARY SURGEON REPORTED :
a) SOLDAT : Nothing obvious detected.
b) BELUGA BERRY : Coughing.
c) OGILVY : Nothing obvious detected.
