Hi Guys
Incident yesterday in one of the earlier races,6 horse field where the wrong horse #6 got scratched instead of the #5.
Amusing cos the presenters said there was no rule in place to re-instate the mistaken horse,hence both the horses became non -runners.
Apparently the owners werent too happy.
Has this ever happend anywhere else?Re-instate clause?
