SAND AND SEA i think he wants 1600m plus and maybe gelding but at 13/2 for a Marcus/Drier horse you should take a bowlful!! best place bet 14/10
GUNNER 4 places and quartets

Beat it will shit in
Hondo to win and Calvary to hopefully upset the Goosen baby

That Howell's stable must be careful or they will be going the same way as Dom Zaki.

Race 7: Elusive Heart travelled well and has settled in nicely at Summerveld. She won a very good race at her last start and is well in at the weights here. Unfortunately has got a wide draw to overcome- if she was well drawn I would be very confident. There is no false rail today which makes it a bit trickier. She has good gate speed and likes to race handy. With regular pilot up, we are expecting a good run. Lady in Black has been priced up favourite- she is classy but I think has a lot to do at the weights and I think that she is better over further. Fish River ran a poor race last time, but this is her best trip and I make her a big danger despite poor draw. Desert Rhythm had a poor season in CT but if repeating her 2yo form here last season must be respected.

Quite a tricky card with good CT horses having their first local runs.
Race 5 : Sergeant Hardy is weighted to win this, and gets a nice draw. A long shot for places could be Hack Green- has had two fair runs since long break, and if anywhere near best is well in at the weights.
Race 6: Kasimir is very well in at the weights here if he gets the trip, which I think will be the case. Undercover Agent gets a good draw and is ideally distance suited and is the main danger. Sniper Shot looks best in of the local horses but has a very wide draw to overcome. White River is classy but needs further.
Race 8: Sir Bernardini looks a very progressive sort and should be hard to beat
