Internet liabilities are set not exclusively, but predominantly for our risk management on horse racing. Our new 5 Million rand payout limit is a Soccer limit. Any limit imposed on an account can be overridden by our sports and racing trading managers. Example: If you have a limit set on your account (For the purpose of Racing risk), but you would like to strike a soccer (or any other sport) bet that exceeds that limit, then please make contact with our Events team and they will be able to assist you.

According to your attachment as well as the rules on the hollywood site, the quad limitation for horse racing is 100k, then why does taking a bet online limit you at 50k?

Try placing a huge bet on Panama to win the world cup with your payout been 20 million. Bet you that they take the bet.

On the otherhand take Brasil and Germany for the same payout and they will run a mile.

The 100k is a general payout limit for that particular bet. The 50k is a client limit set specifically for the individual in question.

Can those limitations according to your attachments not be implemented to a users online account?

It very frustrating to call in or drive to Hollywood to get these bets taken all the time which i do take on a regular basis

According to your Ts and Cs,if you fancied 4 horses at Cheltenham and say they were all around the 10/1 mark,in a Lucky 15 you would allow just over 2 rands ew on the bet.Total stake 60R.
That's about £4-50 total stake.Ridiculous service.
You would get 100rand ew no problem in UK.

Have these bookies never heard of HEDGING.
Surely they know how to do that.
