Legislate at 40/1, get on now cause it won't last long.

Agree with SirP, not the strongest of fields this year. Legislate at 7 years has all the experience required to win this race.

Do horses really know the difference between the July and the local gymkana? I say they do not need experience. Just my tuppence.

Was he not retired to stud because his ability had started to wain?

Al Kazeem won the Tattersalls Gold Cup a Grade 1 race in Ireland after standing at stud. He was sub fertile. I did see some of his progeny running though last week and if I am not mistaken one of his foals won on debut for Roger Charlton who trained Al Kazeem.

What are your early fancies for the July Naresh?

My early fancies for the 2018 July:

- Gold Standard

- Secret Potion

- Chariot of Gold

- Noble Secret

- Pack Leader

- Silvan Star

- Tilbury Fort

- White River

This is the weakest July that I have seen in years. The winner should come from one of the horses that I have mentioned.

Can't believe 10/1 available on ANS. Looks great value to me off his current rating.
