Muscatt retired still listed on the Merit ratings

at 108.

along with many horsed we know have been exported or also retired.

when is the register cleaned up by NHRA

Found similar in the past. Sometimes horses that have not run in the new season get left behind so the 4yo that hasn't run yet is still in the ratings as a 3yo for example.

Did Legislate etc not retire? Surely Merit ratings have to keep going
