I do not support Argentina, but the way the game unfolded, Argentina contributed to their own collapse, literally. The first goal was a gimme, albeit well taken. The Argentines should have equalised not long after that, but when Croatia netted the second, die koel is deur die kerk.

The first goal changed the whole dynamic of that match, and Argentina pressed the self-destruct button.

Not convinced that Croatia are potential winners.

It seems like the players haven't adapted to the new World Cup ball. The ball seem to gain altitude as it travels towards the keeper when it is kicked from outside the penalty box.There is a tendency for teams to try and score from outside the penalty box because most teams are defending well therefore it makes it difficult to get into the penalty box .
