UK/ Ireland Tuesday

I have been following an almighty gamble on Masham Star (Ayr R5). Opened up 11/2 last night, shortened relentlessly all night. Opened up 5/2 this morning, now 7/4

Generally when there is this much money for a Mark Johnston inmate, the money is right

Also a lot of money for Fairy Falcon (first timer) R1 Ayr. Around 2/1 into 5/6. Money all night.

I don’t know whether the Brian Smart stable is good at landing gambles or preparing a horse to win first time out, so any info on that would be appreciated

Strange that Lee is riding irish horse in this when would normally have been on Smarts ? although is 1 /6 (50/1) for Smyth.

Stables that are worth watching when money down

M T Walford Druids Diamond 5.15 Ayr

M Saunders Past Fact 3.45Chep

M Harley (jockey I like) has excellent record for R.Guest Roman Spinner last race @Nott.

Elsewhere like Nicholls 2 @ Chep (had winner at last meeting)

I think the bookies might have priced up Masham Star at 11/2 a bit high and probably should be around 3/1 or shorter ?

I know I'm aftertiming, but how on earth could that favourite in the first at Ayr be a 1/6 shot? That has to be one of the worst bets I've ever seen.
