Rubusto on sunday why no press release ?

Just had a request from a bookie asking why no clarification?

On sunday the result was called and shown 3rd then the offical scroll and dividens it was shown 4th

Many minutes after official result was declared the result was changed back to the correct result

Possibly many tickets discarded?

We had it on the big T thread but was there official announcement what happened?

....the only time the tote cops to a boo boo is when it gets into SP.....they do not respond from here.....also got a shock when I saw the provisional result....and then put it down to a commentator error.....then an even better surprise to find that the corrected trifecta dividends boosted my balance.....thought I was a loser and then....a rather generous payout :oops:

Yes for around 10 mins anyone going up early would have been paid out, our lads tickets got posted as losing bets

One lad kept his in his pocket the other one had his crumpled up in an empty glass.

When they changed the result "with no announcement" one chap checked tab on line.

They then went back to cash and were informed that ticket had already been through machine as a loser, he says they changed the result and the lady punched in and they were paid!!

Maybe also get comments from bookies?

The correct numbers were on the Results tote board

But the tote dividends below were different they had 13 and 14 wrong and were official including tab until changed
