Was saying that all along
However .... actually did himself no favors by winning - depending on how many points he goes up - he was just too good at these weights - but now in the July it could be a different story
Even if he goes up 4 points he will carry 57 kg's with Coral Fever as top weight, that is 2 kg's less than he carried in the Met and this July field is no where near as strong as that field. Off a 112 he IMO is still well weights as he should be around 120 IMO. July winner.
I agree he should still be well in - on his Met effort I make him 119 - just gives the others some hope

Final Judgement would have got much closer if Star Express had not carried her in ....

OMG I listened to that call, i mean Capt America has his full armour on, Trip to Heaven on the outside ready to spruce the wings and Undercover Agent has wings under each of her hooves. You cant make up this shit. Also the presenters are obsessed with what the horse will pay if it wins or places. Amateurish is a nice world to use for that lot.

Thoughts on the rest of the card ...
R2: Competitive - if Speedpoint is near his best, I think he will be too good, but that last run is worrysome ... but 1100 probably better for hom than the tough Scottsville 1200 ... many others with chances including Sir Frenchie, Woljayrin, Mujallad, Winter Blues and Barrack Street
R3: Another difficult race to predict imo - Barahin looks to have the best from, but would probably have been shorter in the betting if he was strongly fancied; Fitzwilliam has found support in the market, but to me the stable has been a bit flat, so who knows .... Green Haze has a wide draw, so best value for me is Senor Lizard, who can imporve further with the aid of blinkers
R4: I think Premier Dance is the right one, tried and tested and holds Dynamic Diana on their runs in the Victress Stakes; Sugar Girl for me has a lot to do, but obviously can't be ignored due to the hype ...
R5: I agree with many that African Night Sky will not be cut in half to win this - but he may still be good enough; main danger imo is the stable mate Platinum Prince who should get into the July if he wins today; Mambo Mime another who can sneak into the July with a win today and is the main danger to the Snaith pair imo with Roy's Riviera capable of upsetting the odds
R6: Again the word seems to be out that Star Express is the right one; for me although she has the class, she is beatable; The Secret is Out has had 3 tries over 1400 for 1 2nd, may now be looking for this trip and definitely has the class, so good value imo at 8's; Folk Dance also has some good form, but the draw is a negative imo
R7: The big one of the day; everyone has their opinion .... mine is that Snowdance, with the advatage of a prep run, is the right one; Captaini America obviously all class, but i like to see them have a run going inot a big race - could be found wanting at the death; Undercover Agent imo has shown his best form over 1400 to date, and could be found wanting the last 100 against this class; both Sail South and Copper Force have beaten the Captain before and as such can't be considered as no-hopers
R8: For me Kazar has the best form in the race and only the draw and bad luck in running can beat him
R9: Anyone's guess
Enjoy
Well but for Undercover Agent I had a nice day
