NB!! Amended Race times for today's meeting at Turffontein 7 July 2018. Race 1 at 12h40, Race 2 at 13h10, Race 3 at 14h10, Race 4 at 14h55, Race 5 at 15h30, Race 6 at 16h00, Race 7 at 16h20 (as carded), Race 8 at 16h50 and Race 9 at 17h30.

Bury the head in the sand and it might go away.
Latest is that the meeting is in jeopardy, despite the amended times, as threats by the EFF at Turfontein could result in the meeting being abandoned.

Good to see Tshwaro Appie win for the man who gave chances early on in his career.Hope his career takes off from now as no one seems to be giving him chances before this and he can't be that bad a jockey if Mike De Kock used him when he was an apprentice.
