HE hasn't won a Gr1 at Scotsville...so in some eyes he is 2nd best in the world

he rides like a demon that hand and heel pushing of his is so strong that ride on kew garden was classic example

Any good jockey is only as good as the great horses he rides...yes, he can slow a great horse down through poor decision-making but he cannot make it go any quicker than its innate ability allows...

Over 100 Group 1 winners won the Arc, Breeders Cup numerous times, The Derby, Melbourne Cup 2000 and 1000 Guiness numerous occasions, Japan Cup, plenty of huge Hong Kong races. He races all over the world on almost a weekly basis.

No disputing his ability to get them home...just my view that it helps to be riding great horses...same with AM here in SA...got to ride the best bred local and imported horses due to MJ and most of his wins are likely in set weight races rather than handicaps so at advantage in those races...just my opinion
Either RM or AM only win about 1 in 4 rides and at the prices one gets for their mounts, best to stay away from them...better value elsewhere...
