John Gosden has turned to Andrea Atzeni for the plum rides aboard Stradivarius and Without Parole at next week's Glorious Goodwood meeting.
With Frankie Dettori's ban not reduced enough for him to ride in the Goodwood Cup or Sussex Stakes, Gosden has turned to Atzeni, who partnered Without Parole in his morning workout.
Gosden said on Wednesday: "Andrea rode Stradivarius when winning the Goodwood Cup last year, so was the obvious choice. He will also ride Without Parole and partnered him this morning."
Stradivarius is the 4-6 favourite for Tuesday's Group 1 Qatar Goodwood Cup as he continues his hunt for the new Weatherbys Hamilton £1 million bonus for any horse that wins one of four qualifying races followed by the Gold Cup at Royal Ascot, the Goodwood Cup and finally the Lonsdale Cup at York's Ebor meeting.
The unbeaten Without Parole is the 7-4 favourite for Wednesday's Group 1 Qatar Sussex Stakes on what is the final day of Dettori's reduced six-day ban.
If his ban had been reduced by just one more day he would have been allowed to ride on days with a Group 1 race.

Cracksman will be hard to beat on Saturday if he is on his best behaviour - which wasn't the case at Royal Ascot. Big and well deserved opportunity for Robert Havlin.

I guess we betting will it rain?
Has gone from 8/1 to 33/10 if it rains 6/4?
Whatever some great racing over the next week

I never had a penny on the race but fancied Crystal Ocean. I am still gutted that he didn’t win.
