"Group" RESULTS - 'Afternoon Session' Tuesday 15 July Workings.
16 years 10 months ago
Afternoon.
This afternoon completed and went as follows:
The 1st runner we wanted 3.5 and with being around 3.6 on arrival and then tumbling down to us and beyond under good support, we had a lay at 3.5 max. The lay was beaten after a battle, so a good result.......
The 2nd runner we wanted 2.2, but a non runner and 11.1% reduction meant we now wanted a lay price of 2.07. The price was around 2.0 and shortening on arrival, so we had a lay at 2.0 max. The lay ran a poor race and was subsequently beaten, so a good result.......
The 3rd runner we wanted 3.2 and with being around 2.82 on arrival, we had a lay at around 2.82. The race is over 30 minutes away, and so with all strategy play completed and only a little trading left on offer, I'm leaving it there to do a few things around the house, plus of course this evening's workings. Good luck traders with the remainder..
WELL PLAYED......
'Rolling' strategy/target players (4 runner only & no 'free' lays for them) Won 1 target........They started their strategy/target on the 1st runner and hit their targets on their 2nd lay (the 2nd runner).....
'Bank building' strategy/target players (4 runner only) had their 1st lay (the 1st runner) at 3.5 max and a good result see them win a chunk of their targets........They then had their 2nd lay (the 2nd runner) at 2.0 max and a good result see them hit their targets..
Bank builder 4 runner strategy/target. £400 bank. Max 25% target £100
1st lay £100 to win as much of the £100 target @ 3.5 max. Result positive. Win £40
Total bank now £440
2nd lay £113 to win the remaining £60 @ 2.0 max. Result positive. Win £60
Total bank now £500
Overall result. Target hit.

'Traders' have won on both their trades thus far, so well played and good luck with the remainder.
So never easy with the very minimum amount to work with, but we made light work of it to get the wages and so well played guys. Speak soon with this evening's workings..
Marc.

Morning.
The workings for this afternoon's session, as follows:
2.15 Beverley. JUST SAM (3.6)
Our price 14/5 (3.
and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 3.3, or under, we'll go in for a lay.
2.30 Brighton. HAND PAINTED (2.38)
Our price 6/4 (2.5) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 2.2, or under, we'll go in for a lay.
3.15 Beverley. SOLO ACT (2.96)
Our price 5/2 (3.5) and so a LAY is the call at current odds. We'd lay up to 3.2 or under. *Please note that more emphasis has had to go on the early markets for clues, concerning this race*
3.30 Brighton. LE CHIFFRE (3.2)
Our price 12/5 (3.4) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 3.1, or under, we'll go in for a lay. *Traders be aware that he likes to lead, or race prominently in his races*
All the races were priced up, with non runners taken into account, up until .am.
So a quiet session in store, and no play for 5 runner builders/rollers. 4 runner players obviously need a start first of all, then it has to be a good one with no room for error early, so a tricky and testing session with hardly any work for us. We do have enough to warrant going into battle though, so we'll do just that and hope that value wins the session as it certainly does over a period of time. So very quiet, but speak soon with this evening's workings.
