Betxchange Crooks

Yesterday I made a deposit with Betxchange. I wanted to back England in the final test at 5/10. Once I hit the bet button I get a message that I must "ask for approval" for the bet. During the wait India lose a wicket and I get a reply, "bet rejected, price changed". Now England are quoted at 1/8 so I no longer wish to place a bet and request a withdrawal. Nearly 24 hours later I get a call from Betxchange asking why I deposited the money and then asked for a withdrawal. I informed them at what happened and was told that they charge a 5% admin fee on the withdrawal. How can it take 24 hours to realise this?

Since Betxchange have moved over to their new website I constantly get the your bet exceeds the limit and needs to be approved. When betting into a live market where odds fluctuate by the second how can you have a delay like this? Betxchange have gone from one of the bookies around to comfortably the worst. For all of Hollywood's flaws at least they have excellent customer service.

Surely there is a common sense factor and they can see you tried to place a bet with the deposit?

Absolutely agree Shrek... They've gone from one of the best to the absolute worst in my opinion.
I place winning bets and have to constantly phone in to remind them my winning bets have moved into "losing" status.

Recently having way too many issues.

Unexplainable canceled winning bets... No explanation for zero loyalty bonus... Unpaid winning bets... No more competitive odds... The list can go on.

I no longer bet with them. Too unprofessional imo and piss poor ethics
